Peer Review
[edit]I think you did an amazing job on this article. It is very comprehensive and it is clear that you spent a lot of time working on it. I did notice a few grammatical mistakes which I fixed and a few spelling mistakes which I fixed. You can see them in the history and if you disagree with my changes you can change it back. Probably the biggest suggestion I have for you is to include links to other wikipedia articles. You don't currently have any but I think they would improve your article. There are a decent number of characters that you mention that most people probably aren't familiar with so having links to their wikipedia pages could really help. I also noticed some content that did not have citations, in particularly in the introduction and the historical context section. I think you might want to consider adding citations so that someone doesn't mark it as original research. There were also a couple of sentences that confused me and might confuse other people too. The first was "Diomedes then countered Telamonian Aias, but before Telamonian Aias delivered the vital strike Achilles stopped the fight." The second was "Achilles then awarded the prize for the competition to Agamemnon, and he proceeded to give the prize to Talthybios." To me it is just unclear what is happening. Aias is delivering the vital strike but Diomedes gets the prize. Agamemnon is the clear winner but Talthybios gets the prize. You might want to explain why. I also thought that the summary of the funeral games in the Aeneid was rather brief and could potentially use more detail. You also might want to consider explaining the relevance of the following sections: The Battle of Frogs and Mice, Homeric Hymn, and both of the Hesiod sections. Maybe you didn't include as much information in these sections because you had already done so much, in which case I totally understand. I just thought they could benefit from more detail. I really think that the most important thing you need to do is add links. The other issues aren't very bigs issues and could be fixed by someone else. VJKTK5 (talk) 18:44, 30 April 2016 (UTC)VJKTK5
