Fair use rationale for Image:30 Seconds to Mars - Attack.jpg
[edit]Image:30 Seconds to Mars - Attack.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Emo Genre
[edit]I believe that "Emo" music genre should be added to this article. Emo is listed as one of the genres for this song on "Rate Your Music" website. This site is known for having very accurate music genres for albums and songs, because this is very popular music-based site, so they have to have accurate genres.
I completely understand that there are lots of people on Wikipedia (moderators, editors etc.) who don't know much about music genres or music in general and that's fine, they don't have to. That's why there are more accurate websites and people who actually understand music, to help them out basically.
I believe that Wikipedia should have most accurate information, including this song and that's only possible when "Emo" genre is also added to this article, otherwise this article will always be incomplete/incorrect. This is obviously only a suggestion and if some Wikipedia editors don't want accurate information for songs and albums (i have seen it multiple times, it's nothing new), then that's up to them obviously. I personally don't care, i usually only try to add correct information once, if it gets removed, then i just move on with my life, because i don't have time or energy to argue with people who have zero knowledge in music. You don't want correct information? Okay cool, have your incorrect article and i and other actual music fans will go to other sites for accurate information.
It has happened with Silverstein albums (A Shipwreck in the Sand), it has happened with Papa Roach albums (The Paramour Sessions) and many more. Anyone who wants to know more about these cases, go check edit history for these albums. Obviously eventually accurate information got added to these articles, but it took a lot of time, because certain editors (who literally know nothing about music) kept removing accurate information, even tho lots of actually knowledgeable people tried to add correct information. It's just weird that adding actually correct information can take so long, even tho it should be the opposite. Adding wrong information should be rejected, not correct. Correct information should be added almost immediately, isn't that the entire point of Wikipedia? I believe it is.
I tried to add "Emo" genre and (of course) it was almost immediately removed, so i guess people who "protect" this article, actually don't want this article to have accurate information. It's also ironic that there are people, who are removing accurate information from certain songs and albums, because they clearly actually don't understand this music. Thanks for reading.
