Hi, check the spelling of Justice O'Connor's last name in your "case opinions" section. Cullen328 (talk) 23:51, 16 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You're making progress. Good. Cullen328 (talk) 06:53, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
You may want to add a brief summary of the case to Spotted Owl. Cullen328 (talk) 06:56, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Things to look out for.

[edit]

This messege is directed to the students working on the article for Environmental Law 2 course, Slum125 and Kkihara. So far the article is coming along great, here are some things to look out for: - Make sure to fill in the missing sections for the parties involved - Reorganize the layout under the section labeled "Background". Perhaps add bullets points or subsections. - Remove the section labeled "importance" and figure how to incorporate it into one of the other sections. It think it can improve to overall look of the article.

Good luck and keep up the good work! Hle37 (talk) 23:16, 2 May 2011 (UTC)Hle37[reply]

Feedback

[edit]

Hi Steph and Kimi - great job so far. Your article is appealing and well-designed. Just a few minor changes:

  • The background section is a little confusing. I like how you used specific definitions but as a reader it was hard to follow, especially for the first paragraph. I would suggest describing the context and reasoning behind each definition then using the exact language to supplement your points.
  • Under Parties: perhaps describe in more detail how and why the parties were claiming economic injuries. Since we're studying these issues I can only guess why but someone unfamilar with environmetal law may not understand.
  • Under Issues section - I think this section can also be expanded and ties back to the economic injury issue. Try to state the point of view from each party in the lawsuit.

Other than that, great work! I especially like the pictures. See you on Saturday! Elsnthesea (talk) 13:43 4 May, 2011 (UTC)
