Boundary changes circa 1892
[edit]I read The county contained various exclaves which were locally situated in Aberdeenshire, the biggest being the parish and village of St. Fergus. I believe this ceased to be true circa 1892, when boundaries were redrawn under the same legislation which established the county council. The map represents default boundaries in use prior to 1892. I believe that from 1892 to 1975 the county was for all purposes a single contiguous area. The article needs another map to cover the later period, 1892 to 1975. [edit]My opinion: It seems out of place to have this distillery link next to Mortlach. No other place has a link like this.
