Vistani are introduced in the Ravenloft (module), and included in Curse of Strahd (which both occur within Barovia). Therefore, I think it would be worth including the content in the Barovia (world) page. I'm less familiar with the original module, and moreso with Curse of Strahd for 5E. It doesn't really seem meritable to include as its own page. Also, from the Vistani page lead paragraph on the page: "Since their introduction in the original Ravenloft module (1983)..." Pulling from a (not great) non-Wikipedia source, here's two webpages that support this (both in reference to Ravenloft/Curse of Strahd).
