Tidy[edit]

Just dropping a note here that I plan over the next few weeks to do a bit of work on the Mediterranean naval battles of 1795; Action of 8 March 1795, Battle of Genoa (1795) and Battle of Hyeres Islands (as well as any others that need work). To be clear, I think this article is in pretty good shape, and so I plan a general tidy and expansion, rather than my usual major overhaul, but we'll see how we go. As always, any comments or questions either here or on my talk page. Best--Jackyd101 (talk) 22:14, 28 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I have now inserted the revised text. I did use part of the original text, but have expanded and revised it and transferred the order of battle to a new article Order of battle at the Battle of Genoa. The edit history of the new version can be found at the redirect user:jackyd101/Battle of Genoa. Any questions, complaints etc. please let me know.--Jackyd101 (talk) 14:34, 15 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Francesco Caracciolo[edit]

Francesco Caracciolo and the Neapolitan vessel Tancredi (1789) seem to be involved but no mention here? See here and there are other sources lying about. Broichmore (talk) 18:10, 29 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
