Untitled[edit]

In order to bring this page up to a professional standard and to improve the overall appearance of the layout, the "city layout" standard has been adopted (also for Hardeeville). Additional information will be added once further researched. - 10/26/07

History article[edit]

The history section of this article needs to be expanded. It says that "there is much history in Beaufort..." but doesn't mention much of it.-(Wikipedian1234 (talk) 16:56, 23 March 2008 (UTC))

History article updated - 16-Sep-08[edit]

The history section has been updated and expanded thoroughly, perhaps warranting its own article in the future. Images will be added to the section soon.

Photos[edit]

Photographs have been added to the article. - 19-Jun-09 —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cdamgen (talkcontribs) 15:38, 19 June 2009 (UTC)

Lt Dan Weekend[edit]

It would be good to add some information and links about the Lt Dan Weekend in the Tourism and Events section since the concert and benefit is now in it's third year, hosts a nationally-known performer and draws a large crowd to the waterfront park. The town is the host of the event due to the tie-in with it being a filming location for Forest Gump in which Sinise starred.
