Quality seems to be start, needs more context--why did strike break out at this stage, eg privatization of the railways in Suisse? Importantance is on the low scale, Ticino is all but one of the smallest regions in Switzerland, so not a major strike, even by Swiss standards, but a strike is still a strike and deserving of an article.--Goldsztajn (talk) 12:36, 5 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Rereading the article, I won't change the assessment but actually this strike is probably higher than the low importance I rated it at, but the article does not give that sense. The introduction should convey the fact that the strike was significant because of the level of solidarity it generated in other parts of Switzerland.--Goldsztajn (talk) 12:45, 5 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
