I've tried to remove possible "fluff" words and phrasing from this article, e.g., rewording most sentences as: "Year, event." Thus, I'd like to remove the advert tag inserted on top of this article in May[1]. If there is still work to be done regarding this, could someone please address this here? (I'll post the editor who inserted the advert tag regarding this request momentarily.) Thanks so much, Larry Rosenfeld (talk) 04:35, 18 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Well, it's been about three days and the editor who inserted the "advert tag" has made over a hundred edits since this query has been posted here and on his/her talk page, but no response has been made here. Given that user's activity, in accordance with WP policy, I'm assuming they (as well as no one else) has any on-going concerns. So I'm going to remove the advert tag. If one is inclined to (re-)add it, please identify specific reasons here. Thanks so much, Larry Rosenfeld (talk) 02:33, 21 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
There's currently[2] a {{Citations missing|date=October 2007}} tag on this article. I know there are few (if any) cited sources currently being used that would meet WP:RS standards, but given the contemporary nature and stubby length of this current article, are the current citations sufficient? If not, please identify additional expectations regarding citations here — so they can be checked off or respected by future editors. Thanks so much! It's been about three days. This article currently has about ten citations (some referenced multiple times) for seven paragraphs: I'm thinking this is enough. So, I'm gonna remove the citations-missing tag. If anyone seriously disagrees, please revert and provide specific reasons for doing so here. Thanks so much, Larry Rosenfeld (talk) 02:35, 21 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
