Questions on page style

Should the names be re-ordered to Last Name, First Name to help in Alphabetical sorting and locating people more quickly?

Should the named Leaders section link to their Wikipedia page (if exists)?

I've been adding as many Biographies as I could find in my research for my own biography list. I read a lot, and plan to read a lot more.
