"Just happened to have the same name"?[edit]

It seems highly unlikely that a man who was given a conspicuously Icelandic name at birth, and who was looking for work as an actor in America, would *just coincidentally* change his name to Bill Cody - especially considering that Paul was a well-known English name very similar to his birth name. There's nothing wrong with an actor choosing a stage name that he thinks will bring him the maximum benefit, especially when it really does help - but it's silly to claim that it happened by accident.
