Actual name ?
[edit]Why is he called "Lindon-Travers" and his sister "Linden-Travers" ? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.67.205.187 (talk) 23:04, 5 May 2009 (UTC)
In fact he himself is referred to first as William Inge Lindon-Travers and later as William Ingle Linden-Travers (two differences). Can somebody straighten this out? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 31.185.206.231 (talk) 15:22, 20 May 2017 (UTC)
Extract from Hetton Village Atlas:
PAVILION TERRACE The Pavilion Theatre (now a joinery business) was situated there, having been built by Ralph Barton in 1909 on land locally known as the show field. The Pavilion was a theatre and a cinema where silent films were accompanied by live music. The first manager was a Mr Linden Travers father of the actor Bill Travers. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 185.112.160.14 (talk) 22:38, 2 July 2017 (UTC)
Christian the Lion
[edit]This entry currently says, In 1976 he wrote, directed, and produced the film, "Christian the Lion" then that same year acted in "The Lion Who Thought He Was People"
I believe those are two different names for the same movie, a documentary in which Bill Travers appears in the introductory set-up and as narrator. George Adamson (of Born Free fame) was also in this film. A third name for the film, the one used in the referenced IMDB listing, is The Lion at World's End. You can see movie posters for two of the titles here: [1]

The Bridal Path: release date
[edit]The article states that The Bridal Path was a 1960 film but the article on the film itself says it was released on 5 August 1959. The citation in the latter is a blog, so perhaps not ideal. We should at least be consistent. Exbrum (talk) 11:18, 19 April 2020 (UTC)
