This was there, and I don't know exactly what for. I do not own this book. If someone owns it, could they cite it within the context of the article? HebrewHammerTime 12:59, 22 October 2007 (UTC)
Year constructed
[edit]The article lists 1875 as the year of construction, but it appears in category Lighthouses_completed_in_1874. Its NRHP entry and NHL application both specify 1874, though the HAER states it as being 1875. Regardless of which date is used, I believe the article should be consistent throughout. There seems to be more evidence that it was built in 1874, so my suggestion is to use that as the year of construction and 1875 as the year it was first lit, which does not seem to be in question.
