I presume you are referring to the redlink to Teddy Foster (musician), which an editor removed (twice), citing WP:REDNOT. Nothing in that guidline seems relevant here: it lists specific circumstances under which a redlink should not be created, but none of those applies here. Guideline WP:REDDEAL is more relevant: "In general, a red link should be allowed to remain in an article if it links to a term that could plausibly sustain an article...". I don't know enough about Teddy Foster to judge if he is notable enough to sustain an article, but the fact that he is also relinked from articles on Hank Shaw, Blanche Coleman, Pete King (saxophonist), Johnny Roadhouse and Pete Chilver suggests that he at least plausibly could be. Having heard nothing about why the links to Foster would violate Wikipedia policy, and given that there is good reason to think per WP:REDLINK that Foster may need an article, I am restoring them.
