[edit]The article http://www-groups.dcs.st-and.ac.uk/~history/Biographies/Delone.html says something about an Irish ancestor , not french ... —Preceding unsigned comment added by Snoopy67 (talk • contribs) 13:21, 3 June 2009 (UTC)
- Yes, it does. This was also written in the article earlier. I corrected this based on Rozendorn's memoirs. According to him, he is an old family friend and gives a very detailed history of the surname, including references to the ancestor Bernard-René de Launay. I believe this version, and thus corrected the page. Igorpak (talk) 22:09, 3 June 2009 (UTC)
Does not belong in Russian categories
[edit]He was a subject of the Soviet Union. That is the categories he should go in. Not Russian ones.John Pack Lambert (talk) 16:36, 21 May 2024 (UTC)
- You need to read the whole article, not only the first sentence, before defining categories. - Altenmann >talk 16:39, 21 May 2024 (UTC)
- oops, he is already in the subcategory Category:Mountain climbers from the Russian Empire. So while your logic is wrong your edit was actually correct :-) - Altenmann >talk 17:04, 21 May 2024 (UTC)
