This really smacks of POV, so I won't put it in the article, but for anybody who's wondering, if your bow is set up properly and you're not doing anything wrong (e.g. poor arm form, wearing baggy clothing), a bracer is totally unnecessary. — NRen2k5(TALK), 12:43, 30 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I think it's perfectly reasonable to put it in. I've done so and referenced Ascham, who's fairly authoritative. I also put in a photo which I hope shows both the ordinary bracer and the ketoh decoration. Richard Keatinge (talk) 22:36, 31 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
