The list of directors of a company is not relevant, per WP:RECENT. The president or CEO may be relevant, as would be past presidents or CEOs. As for the actions of the person adding the list, see WP:BRD. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 07:32, 21 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
