"Parent Article" Buga (volcano) is NOT referred to in the so-called "parent article". It is worthwhile keeping this separate article to assist with disambiguation, and also for further expansion. Destruction of this article on the basis that "barangays should not be permitted separate articles" is extremely short-sighted censorship and definitely anti-informative. - It's not the they're not permitted but it should be shown why they're notable enough to merit a distinct article. You might want to think about adding your information in the municipality article once you are able to find sources. Also, no one would be looking for the volcano would end up in this article anyway.
