Language[edit]

I'm new to anything other than being a read-only Wikipedian, but I noticed that this article needs an edit. In the opening summary section, self-referential language (ie. "our organization") rather than 3rd-person. The implication is that the article was written by the subject themselves, calling into question the objectivity of the article.
