Rebrand date confusion

There continues to be confusion as to when the on-air rebrand of SelecTV as Carlton Select took place. Some, including myself, believe this happened on 14 February 1997 but others hold the view that the on-air rebrand took place in 1996. Until the relaunch date can be pinned down with independent references, I believe that the date of the rebrand should not be stated in the article with discussion as to the relaunch date kept here until those independent references confirming the relaunch date can be found, Rillington (talk) 12:34, 14 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
