Need a second opinion

@Hatchens:, sorry about the delayed response. This is a tough one. What I would suggest is look at WP:NBUILDING and GNG. On those fronts it should pass (once the redirect is fixed). Robert McClenon brought up a good point in the comment. When I first saw the article, it had mostly sources connected to ND, so I'm glad they have added more.
