There's a distinct lack of sources on this, if anyone can find food/noodle related books in the HK public library, that may be a good start. Looking at online sources only seems to yield food reviews and the same story of vague 1950's Hong Kong. 25matthewy (talk) 06:49, 30 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
