I am unable to translate the following toppings into English, anyone can help??

  • 雞翼尖
  • 豆卜
  • 尤魚
  • 牛肚
  • 牛百葉
  • 牛腩

Ngau lam is "beef brisket". Shouldn't lo bak be translated as "parsnip"? --Breathstealer 12:47, 26 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Spelling

Under the section 'Typical combinations - Soup', the use of spelling is inconsistent, using 'flavoured' in one place and flavors in the other. Gamerktc12 (talk) 13:08, 30 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Lack of sources

There's a distinct lack of sources on this, if anyone can find food/noodle related books in the HK public library, that may be a good start. Looking at online sources only seems to yield food reviews and the same story of vague 1950's Hong Kong. 25matthewy (talk) 06:49, 30 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
