The following text was removed from the article per WP:NOT#HOWTO. Rewritten in a neutral tone and not a "how to" on how to grow the plant, it could be added back.
- Provide ample water and fertilizer while new pseudobulbs are actively growing. Reduce the frequency of irrigation when the pseudobulbs mature and let the plant rest during cooler winter months. This species needs bright light for best flower production. Grow mounted on cork bark, tree fern, or grow in pots with a coarse, free-draining media (i.e. fir bark).
