Name of regiment

[edit]

This article may need to be moved, once the unit has been formed, as it has been titled/addressed as Cayman Regiment, but there are conflicting references to the proposed unit being named the Cayman Islands Regiment.[1] Aodhdubh (talk) 12:03, 8 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Updated Cap Badge/Badge/Logo Required

[edit]

With the passing of Queen Elizibeth II and King Charles III now reigning. A new Cap Badge was created with updated Crown.

I do have permission to Update the Cap Badge/Badge/Logo for the Wikipedia page by Cayman Islands Regiment/Government, and I have image provided by Cayman Islands Regiment. I am one of the main individuals who updates the Wikipedia Page for the Regiment. I am willing to make that change but not sure how best to upload the updated image of badge. I am asking for assistance to guide me through that process and meeting any necessary requirements as it relates to Copyrights and Non-fee Rationale/Fair Use Rationale. @MarkH21 or @HapHaxion I dont know but maybe you can assist? @Scottish Caymanian: I don't know the licensing/copyright/fair-use details for your specific image, but general instructions for uploading images to Wikipedia can be found here. Instructions for uploading images to Wikimedia Commons (which has slightly different rules and requires free licensing) can be found here. — MarkH21talk 16:18, 17 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
