He Lifeng

[edit]

Copied from my post on his talk page: He Lifeng is listed in this page and in his own page as the Director of General Office, and it is stated in his infobox that he took office in March of this year. However, when editing the 20th Central Committee page, I noticed the date he took office is listed as April 1 of this year. When I tried to remedy the discrepancy, I found that both He's Chinese Wikipedia entry, and the CFEAC's Chinese Wiki entry do not mention him. Additionally, the official briefing from the Chinese government on the first meeting of the current iteration of the CFEAC (held May 5, 2023) also does not mention He. I have not been able to find any definitive sources regarding him being Director of General Office. The October 2022 Reuters article already sourced on his page discusses his potential ascension to the position following Liu He's departure, but is purely speculative. Additionally, the Bloomberg article from March 2023 touches on He's new role but never names it or the department he will work under, and all the sources for the report are unnamed. Furthermore, the July 2023 Reuters article (which uses info from this Treasury Dept statement) only addresses He as "vice premier," whereas Liu is still addressed as "finance minister." Does anyone have any conclusive evidence that He Lifeng holds the position of Direct of General Office of the CFEAC? If not, I will need to amend the numerous articles mentioned above.
