Enhancement for Chamacoco article

[edit]

[edit: should be "Chamococo," although the author spells it correctly]

I found this article rated as Start-Class, and I believe I can contribute to it.

I had the opportunity to take a trip to Paraguay and Mato Grosso (Brazil) in the 90's. At that time I visited the yshyr (Chamococo) in Puerto Esperanza, a pueblo in the department/state of Fuerte Olimpo, as well as in other locations, and spent some time with the kind people of these communities and learned about their culture and history. I'm still in touch with a person in Paraguay who visits these communities regularly and provides me with pictures and information. I am also in contact with a linguist who is investigating the yshyr language.

Based on my research during that time, I wrote an article in Spanish es:Chamacoco, and I've started to translate it into English as well as conducting more research in English so that the translation will be enhanced and better rated.

Since the image in this article was very old and did not reflect the current reality of the yshyr communities, I replaced it with a photo I took myself, which is also the one that illustrates the Spanish article.

As English is not my native language, I would appreciate any contribution to correct my narrative.
