I removed the template {{wikisource author|Charles R. Codman}} from the article because it refers to a person who lived from 1829–1918 as opposed to the subject of this article, 1893 - 1956. Judging by the fact that they were both from Boston, upper-crust and had the same name (including middle initial), I think it is likely that the elder Codman was the younger Codman's grandfather, but as of yet have no evidence of that. --rogerd (talk) 18:54, 27 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
