Context[edit]

I arrived at this page via the "Random Article" link and, while i have heard of most of the political factions, events and people mentioned, I do not have a deep background in it all. The article as it stands assumes you know of hand what, for example, a "whig", "jacobite", "nonjuror", etc. are. Yes, I can click through, but a short phrase explicatory phrase of such things would make this article much more useful standalone. --John (User:Jwy/talk) 04:05, 11 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
