Overhaul

I have edited this article to removed the blatantly promotional and highly complimentary prose related to Chef Pepín. It should also be noted that as I was working on the article, I discovered that much of the text was culled from various copyrighted sources. I also cannot find a single source that confirms his actual name is José Hernández. I saw one reference that used "Pepín Hernández", but that was it. Unless this can be clarified, this article should be moved to a more appropriate namespace. Steamroller Assault (talk) 04:29, 8 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
