Article has notable spelling and grammer issues. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.217.253.104 (talk) 04:04, 10 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

...as does the comment. The correct spelling is "grammar" and the word "article" should be preceded by an article, such as "The" or "This." 96.35.172.222 (talk) 00:58, 7 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hooray for Hollywood?

[edit]

I'm not certain that Chillicothe, Missouri is necessarily the specific town referenced in the song lyric. After all, there are multiple towns named Chillicothe in the midwest. 198.209.0.252 (talk) 21:16, 16 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The articles states: "Both cities were misspelled in the original lyrics." This is probably just a case of poetic license. The lyricist was attempting to rhyme with "bazookas" in the next phrase: "...they come from Chillicothes and Paducahs with their bazookas..." Also, the phrase is similar to saying, "The New Yorks and Londons of the world are not as nice a place to live..." [1] 74.248.242.116 (talk) 22:06, 16 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Grand River Technical School

[edit]

This school appears to be a career-training school operated by the local school district, Chillicothe R-II School District. As far as I can tell, it is neither a traditional high school nor a degree-granting college or university. Therefore, WP:SCHOOLOUTCOMES does not apply. If it meets the notability criteria for organizations or otherwise meets Wikipedia's notability criteria, then please either create the article or put a comment here with at least a couple of references showing that it would survive AFD before restoring the link. Of course, if I am wrong and it does meet WP:SCHOOLOUTCOMES, just put a link here to someplace that demonstrates that it does so and restore the link. Red-links for not-yet-created articles that would survive AFD are generally "A Good Thing." davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 20:13, 28 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
