Facilities

I see that there are lot of entries made in Facilities section, which needs trimming. Some of them like 24hr electricity, water treatment plant, street lights, post office are not needed to be included in a Wikipedia. I am sure these facilities are part of almost all the cities in the world. Please remove those and just mention those which are unique to Chittaranjan.
