Right-hand or left-hand drive?

In China they drive on the right. In Hong Kong, they drive on the left. If the border runs along the middle of Chung-Ying Street, what side of the road do they drive on there? The question was clearly a joke.

Post visa restrictions

I read this street is becoming popular again now that Shenzhen residents are restricted to one visit a week to deter smugglers. Is this true? Why? Im not quite sure I understand the nature of this street from the article. Is it like a little free trade duty free zone between the two countries?
