This article was assessed as Start class mainly because of the very difficult language used, which will be incomprehensible or at least inaccessible to the average reader. Where from here?

The project lasted 3 years and apparently went nowhere. None of the references are active. CircUse is not a recognized concept. Its description is basically the same as 'sustainable land management' and the idea of "circular flow" is the basis of any cyclical production system embedded in a 'circular economy'--Mobinow (talk) 18:54, 26 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
