The Web link below - for the UK's 1st development is incorrect. The 1st completed development was Vale Street, West Norwood, London for London & Quadrant Housing association. The project consisted of 60 units (12no. houses and 38no. flats) constructed by Higgins Construction Plc.

The development included - Biomass Boilers, PV Panels, Low U Values, Green Roofs and Eco Friendly building materials, as well as achieving code for sustainable homes - Code 4, and Eco homes standard. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 146.101.164.130 (talkcontribs) 06:42, 22 June 2009
