Comstock Bridge?

[edit]

This is not a "principle community" within Colchester, last time I checked. What is it doing in that section? Yilloslime TC 16:13, 24 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It's on the official DECD list of principal (not principle) communities, probably because there used to be a post office where the postal address was "Comstock Bridge, CT". It doesn't exist anymore though so removing it is probably the better option. --Polaron | Talk 17:11, 24 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Makes sense to me. There are maybe 5 homes within a mile of that bridge, so it's hard to call that area community at all, never mind a "principal community." It is, however, a notable landmark, so I put some info on it in the Landmarks section.
NB: turns out the Comstock Bridge is technically in East Hampton, CT, so I've removed all references to it from this article. Yilloslime TC 17:59, 24 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
