About this article
[edit]I have done my best to create this article based on a book currently available online at the Luis Angel Arango Library and some other online information that I will source later. I am not a musician therefore I am unfamiliar with some of the terminology as the music terms in Spanish vary greatly with the ones in English. Some terms might not have been correctly translated. Editors are encouraged to improve this article. Thanks. --Camilo Sanchez (talk) 06:59, 30 March 2011 (UTC)
Merge?
[edit]Would like to suggest merging this article with the general Tiple article. There is good content in both, but both are fairly short articles, and they do overlap somewhat. This article would beef up the section on tiple Colombiano nicely, I think.
It would also be nice to add a short list of notable tiplistas.
