Language change[edit]

It's confusing to me that this is a "new" congressional district as of 2020, yet here it also says it has predicted the outcome of the last four presidential elections. Does this just mean that the voters in what is now this district have predicted those outcomes? Should consider rephrasing. Whatsabar (talk) 15:42, 27 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
