Fair use rationale for Image:Coma.jpg[edit]

Image:Coma.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Statistic improbability[edit]

This is OR, but still ....
About 25 minutes into the film, it is revealed that
1. there are 10 coma-cases per year at the hospital
2. there is a chance of 6 in 100.000 that an operation results in a coma
Then 5 minutes later someone else says that
3. there are 30.000 operations per year at the hospital
From 2. and 3. it follows that about 2 coma's per year are to be expected. So the people who try to convince Susan that there is nothing out of the ordinary provide her with the data that suggest that there actually is. But Susan fails to draw the right conclusion. If only fictional doctors were better trained at statistics. :) And if I were I might tell you how improbable the 10 cases really are. :) DirkvdM (talk) 17:50, 29 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Not sure why my edits were discarded by Donagio. Was it because they pushed the plot summary over 700 words? If so, that can easily be remedied by cutting elsewhere. The details I added are critical to the story. Also, why delete my added Production detail about the musical score? Music is regularly described in such sections. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rozsaphile1 (talkcontribs) 16:12, 23 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I think you meant the Production section? I'm not sure I understand your confusion though; can you be more specific regarding your concerns? Thanks! DonIago (talk) 19:29, 8 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
