[edit]Headings such as "Conceptualization of the core self-evaluations trait" and "Relationship between the core self-evaluation traits" are off-putting. We need more accessible alternatives. MartinPoulter (talk) 11:33, 25 October 2011 (UTC)
Science paper at Wikipedia
[edit]This reads like a science paper planted at Wikipedia by small group of researcher for a small group of researchers with incoming links from See also sections. Otherwise, this text is an orphan.
The text was pasted almost ready by Gmukskr in 2011 and has changed little since except for cosmetic details. The long list of references has been connected with portions of the text (originally, references were just a long list of publications). Nearly entire Gmukskr's contribution to Wikipedia is about "core self-evaluations", and a few forays to other topics include texts about "core self-evaluations".
Researchers mentioned in the text are: Bandura (once), Mount (once), and Judge (10 times). This is a bit out of balance.
