Term
[edit]Isn't this just a catch-all term for all the central French pipes? I don't know if this title is a good idea. Why isn't the chabrette mentioned here? Badagnani (talk) 08:46, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
- I just translated it and pulled it directly from the fr:WP site. If there's mods that need to be made I'm totally open, but for the start we at least have an article and a snappy pic. MatthewVanitas (talk) 08:50, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
- No, the instrument's name is 'Cornemuse du Centre'. There are several sub-types (like the Cornemuse or Musette Béchonnet), but the chabrette mentioned above is definitely not counted as a cornemuse du centre, but is a different instrument. So the title is correct. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Martin Meyerspeer (talk • contribs) 12:44, 11 February 2011 (UTC)
The French and English language articles seem to directly contradict one another; is the instrument chromatic or not? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.132.6.81 (talk) 00:44, 8 October 2011 (UTC)
