Removed Original Research, Unsourced Claims and Non-encyclopedic POV Tone
[edit]I removed this because it is original research, it doesn't cite sources and it is written in an amateur, non-encyclopedic tone from a warped POV. Unfortunately, Roscoe has not been terribly successful at generating income for the community. Furthermore, the mainstay industries of the town are slowly closing. Although the apparent strategy of encouraging a diverse blend of industries rather than one large industry has slowed this dissipation, it does continue; unless Coshocton is successful at developing an economic base aside from manufacturing, it may become further undesirable as a place to live. The relatively low level of college education in the area has made it very difficult to attract more skilled businesses to the area. If you feel the need for people to read your opinions of economic development in Coshocton, Ohio, please write them in a letter to your newspaper editor. Sam 18:37, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
This is not true. There was no Chief Newcomer. Newcomer was what Chief Eagle Feathers second wife was called. His first wife was very jealous of her. He was found tomahawked one morning and the newcomer was gone. She was captured in the place now know as Newcomerstown. This whole article needs to be rewritten. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.185.47.113 (talk) 15:33, 17 December 2014 (UTC)
