Besides council/regional changes, two of the significant program recommendations are:
Unless it's adopted for implementation, the Churchill Plan is still WP:CRYSTALBALL, so at most a brief mention of the study being undertaken in 2019 would suffice, citing https://scoutingwire.org/understanding-the-churchill-plan-and-what-it-means-for-scouting/ .  JGHowes  talk 13:28, 17 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Thanks for the ping. My thoughts are similar to JGHowes.....BTW, I've been is BSA for 61 years and in district service for 50 years and never heard of anything coming from or relevant to the regional level organization. Although a long time ago they had pseudo-national bases nameed by regions, e.g. Region 7 and Region 10 canoe bases. The only time I know that regional organization exist is when I drive past a regional HQ and wonder what they do there. North8000 (talk) 19:58, 17 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

New article

[edit]

Would be good if we could find out what infrastructure there is for each of these. Staffing, office etc.. If we don't find much it might be best to just expand the section in the BSA article a bit and put in links to the BSA info on maps etc. Either as external links or as references. Sincerely, North8000 (talk) 21:56, 21 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I think it's best to simply outline what the territories are and leave it at that. A map would be sufficient Buffs (talk) 22:02, 21 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I've started a draft, Draft:National Service Territories. --evrik (talk) 03:05, 3 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
