Criticism[edit]

This is a ridiculous concept. Markets allow resources to flow to where they create the most value. Why would you want to limit that flow? Why would you want to limit the amount of money that better performing schools are receiving? Limiting the flow would simply decrease the incentive for entrepreneurs to get in on the action. It would also decrease the incentive for poorly performing schools to use their limited resources more efficiently.

If we lie to entrepreneurs about how much we truly value various uses of society's limited resources...then how can they possibly make smart decisions about where to make their investments? They can't. So we end up with too many crappy schools and not enough awesome schools. --Xerographica (talk) 16:39, 7 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
