Mixed caseload?
[edit]When do Crown Prosecutors undertake defence work? It doesn't happen in Victoria (see here). Does it happen anywhere in Australia? Or is this a confusion between appointed Crown Prosecutors (such a Gavin Silbert who appears in the reference in the article) and prosecutors briefed from the Bar for particular trials? --ErnstR (talk) 23:00, 28 April 2012 (UTC)
