I could not find where the article says the park is not in Denver or where it says the park is not in the mountains. I've only read the article twice, so maybe I missed it. jnestorius(talk) 23:21, 8 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Jnestorius: the first sentence points out Daniels Park being a locale in Douglas County, Colorado, rather than in Denver (the Denver Mountain Parks are publicly owned Denver properties outside Denver's city/county limits). Note the passage somewhat further down the article, which makes note that Daniels Park is Denver Mountain Parks' sole prairie park. ~ Pbritti (talk) 23:34, 8 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
There are unstated assumptions that Douglas County is not in Denver and that a prarie park cannot be in "the mountains". jnestorius(talk) 05:53, 9 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Jnestorius: Douglas County is not in the County and City of Denver and vice versa; the geographic location and its non-mountainous character are explicitly addressed. There are no assumptions. ~ Pbritti (talk) 06:18, 9 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
