"You claim that David Forrest's novels are all out of print. This is incorrect. 'And to my Nephew Albert I leave the Island what I won off Fatty Hagan in a poker game... was published as an eBook on April 10th this year by the original publisher, Hodder and Stoughton. H&S will also be publishing'The great Dinosaur Robbery' and 'After me, the deluge' on-line this month (May). Their fourth book, 'The Undertaker's Dozen' will be published on-line later this year."
