Merge?

It seems like this might be covered better in the history section of SR 23. Comparing the maps, the southern portion of this route seems to have actually been built along what is now the CA 23 alignment. While the northern end may be different, it appears to be so close to CA 23 as to serve a similar purpose. This article is short and not well sourced, so it might be better to merge it somewhere relevant. --LJ (talk) 03:22, 1 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
