The list is impressive, but someone should also indicate WHICH of these operas were successful, remained famous, influential, etc. As such, one has no idea whatsoever which operas were complete failures and which had an afterlife and even which might be interesting to today's listeners. Please add this information, for example in the introduction to the article (e.g. "... among them, the most important ones being the settings by X, Y, and Z."). (talk) 02:12, 17 February 2009 (UTC)
