death of rita

[edit]

I have just watched the final episode and I can't agree with this statement at all: "Dexter captures and kills Arthur, but then goes home to find Rita killed in the same manner as the other Trinity bathtub victims" That is not true. 1. Where is the evidence in the scene that she didn't commit suicide? 2. There was blood all over the place - the trinity killer didn't kill in such a way. 3. The trinity killer cut the thigh of his bathtube victims - we can't see if Rita's thigh was cut.

I have just watched the end of the series on DVD. This includes a discussion between Michael C. Hall & John Lithgow. In that there are some extracts from the series to illustrate the points they are making.
The extract of Trinity's bathtub murder in Miami clearly shows bloody water flowing over the side of the tub.
In the discussion they say that Trinity killed Rita.

As per the other plot summaries, I think that who dies (rita) should not be included so that watchers who can't remember which episodes they've seen or not do not learn that rita dies before they're supposed to — Preceding unsigned comment added by 184.145.131.84 (talk) 20:27, 23 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

dwelling

[edit]
Dexter has settled down with his new wife Rita in a new suburban home

Isn't it the same house where Rita lived in season 1? —Tamfang (talk) 07:12, 24 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Lundy's motive

[edit]
[Lundy] reveals that he is investigating a case that the FBI refused to handle and considers need for closure for his successor.

The last seven words are hard to parse. If the FBI won't touch the case, how does Lundy's successor need closure? —Tamfang (talk) 07:18, 24 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Colour contrast problems

[edit]

It seems that this article is using colours in the infobox which don't satisfy Wikipedia's accessibility guidelines. The contrast between the foreground colour and the background colour is low, which means that it may be difficult or impossible for people with visual impairments to read it.

To correct this problem, a group of editors have decided to remove support for invalid colours from Template:Infobox television season and other television season templates after 1 September 2015. If you would still like to use custom colours for the infobox and episode list in this article after that date, please ensure that the colours meet the WCAG AAA standard.

To test whether a colour combination is AAA-compliant you can use Snook's colour contrast tool. If your background colour is dark, then please test it against a foreground colour of "FFFFFF" (white). If it is light, please test it against a foreground colour of "000000" (black). The tool needs to say "YES" in the box for "WCAG 2 AAA Compliant" when you input the foreground and the background colour. You can generally make your colour compliant by adjusting the "Value (%)" fader in the middle box.

Please be sure to change the invalid colour in every place that it appears, including the infobox, the episode list, and the series overview table. If you have any questions about this, please ask on Template talk:Infobox television season. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 05:30, 2 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
