Pricing

[edit]

Can someone please change the pricing...?

1,000 Korean won is about 1.05 dollars US, or US$ 1 = 925 Korean won.

March 2014 Update

[edit]

It's been quite a bit of time (2009?) since this page had much attention. I made some pretty significant changes (WP:BOLD), but this was based on the idea that the original page was focused on one digital textbook project in Korea, and a lot of the content seemed inappropriate or dated to me (like original research or advocacy). This is a major issue in education research and policy across the world right now. I think we should work on an overall plan for how to expand this article from here. Personally, I think we should try to stay away from making this into another big list of countries (as has happened in the public libraries article) and try to focus on a more concise version that is broadly applicable and covers all of the major issues: cost, current research, advantages and disadvantages, how this issue affects students with disabilities, etc. -Libraryowl (talk) 21:07, 17 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
